AEEE 2017 PREPARATION TIPS

Introduction:

The Amrita University conducts an entrance exam for the students who wish to get admission in the Amrita University. This entrance examination is called as the Amrita University Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE). It offers a number of graduation and post-graduation courses in the field of engineering and Technology.

Many students apply for the Amrita university entrance examination and thus it has become very important to know some basic tips for the AEEE 2017 exam preparation. The candidates can follow the following tips and ensure good marks to get admission into the Amrita University:

1. Knowing the exam pattern and syllabus:

It is very important for the applicants to know the exam pattern so that they can prepare effectively for the examination. Following are some of the points regarding the exam pattern:

• The examination will be conducted online as well as offline.
• The total duration off the test will be 2.5 hours.
• The questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• There will be total 100 questions asked in the examination.
• Each question will carry 3 marks. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
• The test will have three sections with the following mark allocation:

Mathematics- 40 marks

Chemistry- 30 marks

Physics- 30 marks

The syllabus will be based on the 12^th and 11^th standard Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

Any additional topics if added in the syllabus will be notified on the official website of the university.

1. Planning the studies and executing the study plan:

Planning includes planning of studies, planning while writing the paper and also the exact execution of both the plans. Fair amount of studies have to be done some months before the AEEE 2017. Studying more will never fail the candidate. Candidate can make himself a timetable of all the studies. Equal time weightage must be given to all the subjects while studying. While writing the paper, the candidates must go through the paper first, decide what questions are easy to answer and then start writing the paper.

2. Learning the lessons and knowing the concepts given in the syllabus:

The candidates must thoroughly go through all the chapters and concepts which will form the basis of the examination. They must also concentrate on the small facts and concepts too.

3. Practicing of writing the question paper in the examination:

There are a number of books and practice papers of various companies and editions available in the market. Candidates can buy them. The papers can be practiced from those books. This will give a general idea of the overall exam pattern of the exam to the candidate

4. Special attention to the physical and mental health:

Candidate must keep himself fit before the exam and also during the examination. This will increase the concentration on the studies and help him to score good marks.

The candidate must be very determined to get good marks because good marks will get him admission AEEE 2017 to the desired course in the college. So he must keep a set of compelling goals and work hard day and night to achieve them.
